Recipe of Instant green idli

Requirements :- suji (rawa)-250gm
Curd :-50 gm
Soda or ENO powder -1 teaspoon
Salt :as per taste
Green chillies (finely chopped ) :2 or 3
Black pepper powder

:1/4 the teaspoon
Green peas (well crushed /mashed):1cup

Process:
 Mix well all of the above ingredients . And mix Soda after adding rest of the ingredients. If required , some water can be added.
Note that the consistency of batter should be little thick.
Pour the prepared batter into idli stacks ,after brushing them with oil.
Keep the stack in pressure cooker  with  water about 2-3cups ( water level should not touch the idli cups), and cook it for about 10 to 15 minutes at medium flame. Take it off from the burner and wait for 2 minutes before opening the pressure cooker. Strip off idlis with help of knife or spoon.
Garnish with coriander leaves,green chillies and curry leaves.
